Q: How are your tee-shirts and other merchandise printed?

​

A: There are primarily three techniques we use for best results and durability depending on product. 

​

  • DTG printing prints directly onto the garment. we use it to customize clothing, like t-shirts, hoodies, and sweatshirts with all sorts of colored prints. DTG printing is perfect for designs including: photos, intricate details, lots of colors.

​​

  • Embroidery is used for special offerings for placing colored threads onto a garment or an accessory. We offer for select products where this customization technique provides the design some texture.

  • Sublimation is used for home living products which are not garments. The design is printed on a ready-made product, like a mug or a phone case.

Q: Can I see a preview of my product design before I order?

 

A: Yes! The product of interest is represented in the mockup images on the product information and checkout pages. Typically we provide both item shots and as applicable model's wearing the garment for you to get a true sense of what you are ordering.

 

 

Q: How long does it take to receive my t-shirt?

 

A: Our processing and fulfillment time is usually 2-5 business days, and shipping time depends on your location and the shipping method selected during checkout. You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.

 

 

Q: Can I customize the product design?

 

A: At this time, we do not offer customization beyond the product represented. However, our technology can generate new altered designs such as text or slogan replacement depending on how the artwork was created. For customization requests, we do not guarantee we can produce a customized product, but we'd be happy to discuss your request. Q: What is your return and refund policy?

 

A: We want you to be satisfied with your purchase! As a custom print on demand business, each order is produced and shipped as a custom order and we cannot accept returns. However, if you received an incorrect item or if the item is defective due to the manufacturing, production or printing of the product, we will kindly replace your unworn, unwashed or un-used purchase. Simply email us at info@worldgonecrazy.shop within 14 days after the date of purchase with your order number, name and issue.
